Q: Can I add items from one collection to another?

A: You can fully customise your plug case with any items you want. You can add 5 customisation requests on our product page. For more information go HERE for customisation shop rules.

Q: Can you add items that you don't have listed?

A: Send us a message and we will see what we can do. It all depends on the pricing and availability of the items

Q: How long does it take to make and send my order?

A: We dispatch within 7-12 days from the day your order was placed. Each case is hand made upon ordering. If you live in the UK items will be sent by Royal Mail with a tracking number.

Q: Will my case look exactly like the product images or everyone else's?

A: Each case is handmade so they will not look exactly like the images plus depending on the items you choose we need the freedom to create the best design for your case. Feel free to send us a message with for any special requests. 

Q: When will you be back in stock?

A: As we are a small business and handmake all our cases we tend to go out of stock quickly. It can take a few weeks/months for a restock on certain collections.
